RETURN POLICY
At Jack & Jer, we are committed to delivering premium-quality sportswear. As a majority of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we follow a strict returns or exchange outlined below.
Exchange Policy
As most products are custom-made, we primarily offer Exchange Only. Returns or exchanges will be considered only if:
* The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
* An incorrect product is delivered
* An incorrect size is delivered
* The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
* Clear Photo or Video of the product has to be uploaded.
Jack & Jer reserves the absolute right to reject returns that do not meet inspection standard
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not entered processing or production and maximum time is 12 hours from the time of order placed.
* Once an order is processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
* Cancellation requests must be submitted via our official Contact Us page or email.
Jack & Jer reserves the right to approve or decline any cancellation request at its sole discretion.
Return Policy
If an order is successfully cancelled before processing begins( within 12 Hours from the time of order placed), the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.Â
Refund timelines depend on the respective payment gateway or bank.
